TIME MANAGEMENT AND PLANNING:
Percrastinators have high stress levels. Plan, get everything done so you can just relax and you're never forced to do anything in a set amount of time.

STRESS SELF-ANALYSIS:
It is important to recognize those aspects of your life that contribute to your stress. Then decide what to do about them. Are the aspects worth the amount of stress they cause you? If not get rid of them. (example: boyfriend/girlfriend)

ADEQUATE SLEEP:
Lack of sleep can make a person become irritable, moody, and can make small trivial problems seem extremely important

DEVELOP A SUPPORT SYSTEM:
It is important to know there is always someone there you can count on no matter what happens in your life. This is why it isn't smart to make your boyfriend/girlfriend also your best friend. What happens when you break up? You're losing the two people in your life that commonly have the most effect on a person and you're left with nothing.

Listen to your favorite classical music, as this will help calm you down. Care what type of music though. At all costs, avoid anything like rock and heavy metal as this will grate on your nerves and make you feel even worse than before.

The good old take a deep breath always works to help ya relax and think a little better.
